Ella is a driven and accomplished professional who graduated from the University of Arizona with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Philosophy. Prior to joining Kinsale Realty Group, LLC she was Assistant Property Manager at Avison Young and co-managed a portfolio consisting of over 1.5 million square feet of retail and office properties, as well as associations. She successfully curated relationships with over 100 tenants and maintained tenant and client satisfaction throughout her time as Assistant Property Manager. Ella joined Kinsale Realty Group, LLC in September 2024. She is responsible for the management of 300,000 square feet of retail and industrial-office flex space throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Ella holds a Real Estate License with the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
