Nick Jimenez has over 10 years of experience in property management, operations, and business analytics. He joined Kinsale Realty Group as a Property Manager in the company’s Scottsdale office.
Most recently, Mr. Jimenez was a Property Manager at Davis Enterprises Management Corporation in Phoenix, where he managed a diverse portfolio of over 1.7 million sf; seven commercial properties with over 50 tenants, three ground leases, a General Services Administration (GSA) lease, a 222-unit mobile home park, a 45-lot trailer park, and 14 apartment units.
Prior to Davis Enterprises, he spent over eight years with On Pointe Property Management in Tempe as a Project Director leading the Arizona division and delivered analytics supporting nine multi-family properties that averaged 95% occupancy.
Mr. Jimenez holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Grand Canyon University and is a licensed Arizona real estate salesperson.
