Estrella Diaz is an accomplished professional who joined the Kinsale Realty Group team in February 2026. Her experience in both Commercial and Multi-family real estate brings a dynamic addition to the company. In May of 2024, Estrella graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University. Additionally, she holds three Associate degrees in Sociology, Psychology, and General Studies. Coupled with her Industry knowledge and her education, Estrella can meet tenants and owners needs while effectively communicating to manage properties with efficiency.
Throughout her career, Estrella has been known for being a team player, tackling issues with a leadership mindset, and being a driven individual. She flourishes when met with challenges and appreciates a working environment that enables her to take initiative and learn from others. As part of the Kinsale team, she manages over 800,000 square feet of Retail and Industrial space throughout the Valley allowing her to utilize her skills and continue to grow. Estrella focuses on continuing her education and her career through mentorship and being a proactive Property Management Professional.
