Julia is a detail-oriented accounting professional with a background in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and operational process improvement. As Property Management Accountant at Kinsale Realty Group, she manages financial operations and supports accurate reporting to ensure efficient property management and business performance. Julia has experience implementing financial systems, improving organizational workflows, and analyzing financial data to support informed decision-making. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, and is pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration in Accountancy and Data Analytics from Arizona State University’s W.P.
